Aug 28th - Charlotte Aldis, Dry point printmaking

Having gained the Certificate in Fine Art Printmaking from the Curwen Print Study Centre under the guidance of Stanley Jones MBE and Chloe Cheese MA RCA, Charlotte brings both skill and enthusiasm to her work.?Her prints are inspired by the people and places around her – from the Cambridgeshire countryside to her roots in Norfolk. In this interactive session, Charlotte will introduce the drypoint process, demonstrating how to work directly onto a printing plate, apply ink, and create expressive prints full of texture and depth.?Attendees will have the opportunity to try aspects of the process themselves. Charlotte’s love for sharing her craft makes this a particularly engaging and enjoyable session, ideal for those curious to explore printmaking techniques.
